I purchased my Flex L3403 Polisher w/pads from Amazon. It was delivered as promised. The Flex was easy to get used to coming from a P.C. Orbital buffer. I have cut my polishing time in half using my Flex L3403. The quality is first rate as is the fit and finsh of the machine. I would highly reccomend a Flex to anyone wanting to step up from a orbital buffer.
