No More Using a Wash Towel!

I am a serious perfectionist when it comes to maintaining my vehicle. I usually use a microfiber tower to wash my car in order to prevent micro scratches, but after reading the reviews on this wash sponge, I decided to sample this sponge. Now, I am kicking myself because I didn't purchase this sponge sooner. It doesn't take as long to wash my car since I switched over to the sponge.

This sponge is great for washing cars ... it is soft on the finish but the scrub side does well with stuck on bugs ... highly reccomend.

This is a great product for auto detailing, and general cleaning. There is a nylon mesh cover on one side to provide a gentle abrasive surface to loosen dirt and debris. The orange microfiber cloth on the other side, is great for picking up dirt and fine particles. The sponge center enables the product to be used either wet or dry. It is shaped for easy gripping, and sized to cover a decent area. The materials are easy to clean, and reusable many times.

The development of modern microfiber apparently started decades ago, and gradually evolved into the current product, which only recently exploded as the hot 'new' material for all kinds of cleaning products. Microfiber is well suited for cleaning, because it does a good job of attracting and retaining lint and dust, as well as absorb liquids. Microfiber does not do as good a job at absorption as a chamois, but it is less expensive, and more durable.

Frankly, the cost for the Wash & Scrub here i s outrageous, add the shipping cost, and it becomes totally ridiculous, as these items weigh hardly anything, and don't need special packaging. Practically speaking, damaging a cloth wrapped sponge is nearly impossible. Check the automotive section at your local store. Happy cleaning!
